GRAITH

AI-enabled command and control resilience for Defence

What We Do

CS-1

Operate in DDIL

Sustain C2 operations when networks degrade. Distributed AI agents at each domain node maintain local operating pictures under pre-authorised commander intent, ensuring continuity of operations without reliance on centralised infrastructure.

CS-2

Protect C2 Integrity

Detect false data injection, spoofing, and adversarial manipulation through adaptive trust calibration. The system continuously validates data provenance and cross-references inputs across distributed nodes to maintain decision confidence.

CS-3

Recover Degraded C2

Automated reconstitution protocols reconcile divergent local pictures and restore the common operating picture when connectivity returns. Decision advantage is recovered in minutes, not hours.

The Problem

Command and control networks are priority adversary targets. Degradation of C2 links through electronic warfare, cyber attack, or physical destruction forces commanders into manual workarounds that fracture the common operating picture and erode decision advantage.

Current systems treat network degradation as a failure state. Graith treats it as an operating condition — one that AI can manage, protect against, and recover from.

Architecture

The Graith framework operates as an AI orchestration layer across existing C2 architecture. Local agents maintain autonomous operations at each node while coordinating through adaptive trust protocols.

When primary links degrade or are denied, local AI agents at each node maintain autonomous operations under pre-authorised commander intent. The orchestration layer manages trust calibration across all inputs, detects adversarial manipulation, and coordinates reconstitution when connectivity is restored.

Founded on Operational Experience

Graith was founded by a 16-year Australian Defence Force veteran and former Intelligence Team Lead with the Special Air Service Regiment who has operated in the command and control environments this technology is designed to protect.

Prior to Graith, the founder built and deployed multi-agent AI orchestration systems for critical infrastructure clients — translating the same distributed coordination challenges from the operational domain into working software.

The name Graith means "to make ready for battle" in old Scots.
